FedEx tracking number isn’t working. What may be the issue?

During the delivery of your order, it is possible that your items are separated or some of them are delivered before the others. In such cases, we advise you to be patient and wait for a few days for all the items to arrive. However, if you do not receive your package after a few days or just want an update, feel free to reach out to our customer care or our shipping department for an update on your package. In the unfortunate case that your package is damaged upon receiving, you should contact your carrier service directly or reach out to us. We will be happy to assist you in any way.

What should I do if I don’t receive my order during the UPS’s scheduled time?

We suggest you to check the Info/Notice you have received from UPS to learn if they allow a delivery re-attempt. Alternatively, you can try contacting UPS and ask for instructions related to the process.

You can also leave a message for the driver on Info/Notice to instruct him how he should deliver the package; leave it at your doorstep or deliver it to a new location. We suggest you visit UPS’ website and enter your Info/Notice number, you will then be able to change the delivery time or return your order to the shipper.

Is it possible for me to pick up my own order?

TechMatter offers you the convenience to pick up your package. To do so, simply select the “I want to use my shipper” shipment method, then type “will call” in all blank details before clicking update. After this, continue the checkout process as you normally would and wait for us to call you. We will call whenever your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up. Therefore, we request you do not visit the office unless notified.

Do we ship internationally?

Absolutely. We are proud to follow a very reliable customer-centric approach, benefitting customers all over the world with our products and services. While TechMatter offers international shipment, it does not cover the customs duties and international shipment charges, which will have to be paid by the customer.

Do we ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes, indeed. We deliver to APO and FPO addresses. However, orders with such addresses will be shipped by the US postal service only. We have no control over the delivery timings. While the general delivery time for APO and FPO orders is 5-10 working days, your order delivery might take about six to eight weeks.

Can I contact FedEx, if so, how?

You can contact FedEx on their official website: www.FedEx.com or you may contact them on their toll-free number, at 1-800-463-3339 (1-800-GO-FEDEX).

Will Techmatter pay for the shipping of a returned item that is defective or damaged upon arrival?

Unfortunately, TechMatter does not pay for the shipping of defective parcels. However, we can accommodate you with mutually agreed upon negotiations. We will gladly replace and ship a new item to you, free of cost if you are willing to pay for the return charges.

Free Standard Shipping

We will deduct the shipping charges from your refund amount if a non-defective item that was qualified for free standard shipping is returned for a refund.

In case a free standard shipping item is returned by you due to it being defective, we will replace the item and provide you a free one-way ground shipping. However, if you cannot wait longer for the delivery, you will have to pay for the additional cost.

In case of TechMatter inability to find an item’s replacement, please rest assured we will refund your order’s complete value.

What should I do if an ordered item is missing from my package?

Please be sure to check the tracking numbers of all your received packages. If you are unable to find the items, please get in touch with our customer care or our Shipping Support Staff at shipping@[website Name}.com or call us, at {phone no}.

Shipping times

In all areas of the US, [website Name} makes use of UPS, FedEx, and USPS’ delivery services to ship products directly from its warehouses. All mentioned carrier services are our primary delivery partners. [website Name} ships most orders within 24 hours after the order placement.

Ground Shipping

In the US ONLY, the transit time is between 3-7 business days, the cut-off time stands at 1 PM Central Time. Depending on your location, ground orders may be delivered by either UPS or USPS.

UPS 3 Day

UPS orders take 3 business days in transit, however ONLY in the US. UPS 3 Day’s cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.

FedEx 2 Day

FedEx takes 2 business days in transit for orders placed ONLY in the US, and the cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time.

Standard Overnight

Standard delivery service takes about 1 business day in transit for orders placed ONLY in the US. Cut-off time is 1 PM Central Time. Depending on the location, we may deliver the order by UPS Red Saver or FedEx Standard Overnight service.

Priority Overnight

1 business day transit time for an order placed in the US ONLY, with the cut-off time at 1 PM Central Time. Depending on the location, we may deliver by UPS Red or FedEx P1 Overnight service, guaranteeing the delivery by 10:30 AM on the same day.

International Shipping

Cut-off time for all international orders is 1 PM Central Time. We ship international orders using the FedEx International Economy method.

APO/FPO

Techmatter ships all APO/FPO orders using USPS Registered Mail.

Puerto Rico/Canada

All orders shipped to Puerto Rico/Canada are delivered through FedEx’s International Economy shipping method, while their cut-off time stands at 1 PM Central Time.

Saturday Delivery

It works for all orders that are placed on Friday, in all states of the US ONLY. The cut-off is noon Central Time, and the orders may be shipped through UPS or FedEx’s Saturday Delivery method.

What is the Cut-off time?

Cut-off time mentions the time your order will be processed after order placement. If your order is placed before 1 PM Central Time, it will be processed on the same day, whereas if your order is placed after 1 PM Central Time, it will be processed on the following business day.

Please contact our Sales Department if you want your order to be shipped before or after the mentioned cut-off times and we will look into your request. Shipping Delays
  • Our shipment method does not process any orders on the weekends and holidays.
  • Since each order goes through a processing time, we request you to be patient. The shipping services are only guaranteed for the transit time, not including the time it takes to process the order. While most orders are shipped on the same day, sometimes orders might take longer.
  • We cannot guarantee set delivery times for orders that are placed with TechMatter from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and other International locations.
